I worked at Retail Assistance part-time for more than a year

    Pros

I liked the flexibility of the job. You had a time frame to get the work done that was reasonable.

    Cons

The company is very demanding and has unrealistic expectations for the time allowed and what they pay. They expect you to meet with managers, merchandise the product and input your report all in an hour for each job. It is impossible to do a job that you are proud of in that time frame, so you end up working off the clock for free.

I worked at Retail Assistance part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Holiday bonus which usually consists of a plastic bag or something equally useless.

    Cons

Low compensation and no chance for a raise-ever! They add new assignments to your schedule that are due within a couple days without talking to you, expecting you to drop everything at a moments notice. They make it sound like they give you enough time for reporting, but it doesn't even come close to the time you put it. When all is said and done your lucky if you are even making min wage.

I have been working at Retail Assistance

    Pros

Flexibility with Schedule. People and company are nice to work for. Easy assignments.

    Cons

Hours are inconsistent. Drive time can take as long as assignment. They don't pay mileage unless over 30-40 miles and then they to find someone else to take those assignments if they have to pay mileage. 11/hour to start, pay cut last year, then was reinstated to 11/hr. No raises or chance for advancement in the field.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raises should be given to people to stay over a year.
