Pros – Stimulating, busy environment. Merchandise discount. Great products and training materials
Cons – Needed more advertising support for the stores. More realistic sales goals year to year so that you are motivated to make the goal. If you really push on your own time to make a goal, next year you have to work even harder (no recognition that you went well beyond expectations).
Advice to Senior Management – Make it easier for us to take our PTO.

Pros – Excellent Product; Very Capable Management; Good Work-Life Balance (in certain areas); Management recognizes deficiencies and is actively working to improve upon these deficiencies; Management listens when employee feedback reaches them.
Cons – Some lacking in processes and procedures which are not at par with other comparable organizations; communication (upstream and downstream) should be improved; No clear career advancement opportunities; certain areas have a tradition of working in silos.
Advice to Senior Management – Work steadfastly to improve deficiencies noted; work on bringing new 'blood' (younger personnel with new ideas, etc) in order to break away from old stifling traditions/ways of doing business.
Pros – People are more aware of the brand and ready to spend on branded product.
Cons – limited style and price is high.
Advice to Senior Management – branding of the product in local wise so that product awareness reach to the mass.
