I worked at Reunion.com
Pros – people are really cool. Happy hours and free breakfast. office is really nice and location is awesome. company culture is pretty good.
Cons – Hiring Monte as Chief Technical Officer ruined everything. People leave with disappointment. High turn over followed with unstable upper management.
Advice to Senior Management – Hope things getting better, they are rebuild the brand, but seem as the marketing can not push them to a different level.

I worked at Reunion.com
Pros – - Catered lunches
- Bagle/fruit provided free
- Relaxed dress code
- Flat organization
- Weekly all-hands meetings foster communication (though I'm not sure if they still have these)
- Great holiday parties and for special events (Jeff knows how to have a good time!)
Cons – - Benefits are mediocre (health ins. premium cost to employee is expensive if covering spouse/family) - it's a small company though, so this shouldn't surprise anyone -- negotiate for the highest salary you can to make up for this.
- HR function is barely present
- No match on 401K (again, given current economic climate, not a surprise)
- Company changes strategic direction quite frequently
- Product does not deliver what it promises, thus, is misleading to the consumer

I have been working at Reunion.com
Pros – compensation, some genuinely nice people, company doing well financially, most folks enjoy their jobs pretty well, work/life balance is good, as are hours; decent enough idea with positive contribution to society; company has succeeded where others haven't, departments cooperate well together, good technology, pretty clear idea of where the company is headed
Cons – priorities and tasks are constantly changing, lack of recognition for work accomplished, lack of equity for staff, lack of marketing, too many decisions made by consensus; benefits aren't so good (especially for insuring families, too expensive), inconvenient office location to commute to, not enough staff for the number of projects
Advice to Senior Management – develop the equity pool and share, recognize individual achievement, allow people to finish their tasks without more new unscheduled tasks being delivered to us
