    Pros

OK Salary. Good place to work for certain kind of people. You can only know after joining.

    Cons

Slow decision making. Slow hiring process, Chances of a new Hire getting laid off in first 3 months high,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lot of layers in the middle. You need to cut some fat in the upper middle layers. Some middle managers are hurting cross functional collaboration.

  3.

Company stuck at inflection point since last 3 years. You get promotion only if someone leaves or dies.

    Pros

Decent salary, good if you are not ambitious..You will be working for new boss chain right from manager to CEO every year. has gone downwards after 2012 however I believe new CEO and R&D head hired in 2014 is a good change.

    Cons

Company has difficulty attracting good Talent. You will be successful if you are good at kissing up. Directionless product management. LLR Partner desperate to get out. Mostly Mediocre management with some bright spots

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are detractors to Cross functional collaboration in the leadership, find out and kick them out. We need more open Environment where people can speak up. Many times data is asked to be provided just to support made up conclusions by middle management.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
