I have been working at Revolution Cleaners

    Pros

Not a high stress position. Lots of customer contact and self motivated, unsupervised work. Scheduling is flexible.

    Cons

CSRs are constantly asked to work in different locations. The work is mundane. They pay is ok, but reviews and raises after the initial trial period are not easy to come by. Managers are not paid well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide team members for the positions necessary. Pay a little better to keep good people.

  2.

It's a nice company to work at if you do not have a high salary standard and does not need vacation.

I have been working at Revolution Cleaners

    Pros

    Organized company.
The only 100% green Dry Cleaner in Colorado.
    Plenty of communication.
Support to provide the best customer service.
    Good environment.

    Cons

The offer only 5 days off per year, including sick days.
The salary is not very competitive.
They do not offer a good health plan and there's no retirement plan.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You do a good job managing the Company and it must grow in the market. Maybe, to keep employees, you should review the salary and benefits.
