Revolutionary Engineering Reviews
Pros – Good people to work with, and a good place to learn new technologies. Small company but with large customers.
Cons – The company office area is not big enough to accommodate the company growth, there is a new office location.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – +Able to work independently
+Interesting projects with interesting customers
Cons – +No project management when EVERYTHING is project-based
+Poor attitude of management who decides to bully rather than be supportive
+Salaried workers get taken advantage of with long hours often due to lacking resources or poor planning
+Poor planning, too much is done on the fly, which makes other projects suffer or cause delays
Advice to Senior Management – Be reasonable with your expectations and make sure that your employees agree to them. When the company grows, you also need to focus on change management instead of treating the place like there are only 5 people working there sitting back-to-back. Not having proper communication within Project Management software or even just a proper CRM system to track projects really can hurt progress when there is so much to do.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – VERY intelligent, knowledgeable, and competent engineers and management. RE's staff strives to provide exceptional value in their products and services. The entire shop is "real".
Cons – Because of their size, they are cash-flow sensative; as the automotive economy waxes and wanes, RE must be vigilent about the balance between quantity and quality of workers.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to grow the business competencies, expanding your market presenance within your corporate belief of being an "Engineering Solutions Provider", going outside the comfort zone to attract a broader customer base and be less influenced by the whims of the automotive industry.
