Very good company to work for a long time

Director (Current Employee)
Jersey City, NJ

I have been working at Reynolds Plantation full-time for more than 10 years

ProsGreat management, work/life balance and pay

ConsWhy is NONE not acceptable? Why should I have to have a Con? I like my company. Stop forcing people to write negative review when there are none to report.

Long hours, great co-workers, questionable upper management

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Reynolds Plantation part-time

ProsGreat co-workers and people who will assist you and take you in. Restaurant managers are flexible and rather helpful as well.

ConsHours can be brutal, especially while in college. Even if you ask to only work a certain amount, it takes quite an effort to get it put into place. Some members are awesome, and some are people whom should never be in public.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more people so employees that work hard don't get burnt out and quit.

Great Job, Long commute

Service Assistant (Former Employee)

I worked at Reynolds Plantation part-time for less than a year

ProsI loved the people I worked with and I learned a lot about the different positions of a restaurant. They make you learn how to do every job in the restaurant or at least some bit of it so that you can sell the the patrons better.

ConsThe only con that I have is that for me it was about a 30 - 40 minute commute each day for work.

Advice to Senior Managementkeep doing a stellar job

Great opportunity for college students to expand on thier customer service experience.

Valet (Current Employee)
Greensboro, GA

I have been working at Reynolds Plantation

ProsReynolds Plantation is a great place to work for current students that are looking for a good paying part time position. It is a great environment to work in, providing you with the opportunity to network with members and guests while persuing your education. You will achieve a great level of customer service experience while working with Reynolds Planation.

ConsThe ability for upward mobility in this possition is limited due to the nature of the work. As I said, it is a great place to work for college students that plan on persuing a different career after graduation.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management should work harder at providing future career paths for current employees.
