I have been working at Reynolds Plantation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great management, work/life balance and pay

    Cons

Why is NONE not acceptable? Why should I have to have a Con? I like my company. Stop forcing people to write negative review when there are none to report.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Reynolds Plantation part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

-Good tips & a lot of down time to relax while you are at work

    Cons

-If one of your managers is not cool then it will reflect on how much you like the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let the cart attendants do what they do. A lot of times we had a way of doing things and our managers would try to switch it up even though it made no sense to change.

I have been working at Reynolds Plantation part-time

    Pros

Great co-workers and people who will assist you and take you in. Restaurant managers are flexible and rather helpful as well.

    Cons

Hours can be brutal, especially while in college. Even if you ask to only work a certain amount, it takes quite an effort to get it put into place. Some members are awesome, and some are people whom should never be in public.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people so employees that work hard don't get burnt out and quit.

I worked at Reynolds Plantation part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

I loved the people I worked with and I learned a lot about the different positions of a restaurant. They make you learn how to do every job in the restaurant or at least some bit of it so that you can sell the the patrons better.

    Cons

The only con that I have is that for me it was about a 30 - 40 minute commute each day for work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
