    Pros

The people who work at RWM are friendly. There is always food around to eat so be prepared to gain a few pounds.

    Cons

The company does not provide enough training, you are expected to learn as you go.

    Advice to Management

Spend some time investing in your employees.

    Pros

Good job, busy, can learn the cycle of business.

    Cons

Poor mgmt, no communication, long term personnel are bullies, and mgmt, hr promote and tolerate behavior. Mgmt promotes hostile environment because they choose to ignore and turn a blind eye to this behavior. I predict this business will not stay around for a couple of years with the current leadership. However if th company chooses to ignore the underlying problems.

    Advice to Management

Make all employees accountable for their behaviors and stop allowing long term employees to hold the company hostage because of their knowledge or lack of knowledge.

    Pros

You can learn about the industry in what not to do. Dress is casual. Parking is abundant. Learning about military contracts and the ins and outs of procedures.

    Cons

Top heavy management. No clear direction of the company. Loyalty is never rewarded. No room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest investing in a professional consultant group that would analyze the infrastructure, customer base, and leadership of the company and provide a business plan and help to implement it.

    Pros

Doellstedts- all of the Doellstedts are hard working caring individuals;Christmas is a great time; Nice co-workers (sometimes); Free parking; Goats next door

    Cons

Senior management (2 individuals) micromanages staff and does not make staff feel valued. There is little opportunity for growth. Skills and knowledge must be obtained on your own time. Company does not train staff or provide ongoing education. Employee evaluation judges employees based on adds to skills and knowledge although it is not provided or offered.

Employees that clearly have bad attitudes and work habits (or lack of work) are not dealt with. They are tolerated and their opinions are taken into consideration.

    Advice to Management

Act professional. Seek input from and include staff. Replace 2 senior managers.
