    Pros

the pay and commissions potential are significantly higher than other companies, in the same family.

    Cons

Low starting base pay should be increased

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow the lower account bases while increasing the learning potential for new employees. The company is very focused on actually helping customers and not just selling them a box. This company is very cutting edge.

    Pros

    Great environment
    Houston office has free gym
    Good training opportunities
    Good local management team

    Cons

Pay was good for the position, I needed a higher pay rate and there were very few opportunities at the time.

    Advice to Management

Increase the training for junior mangers, and spend more time in the field with the associates.
