Always a positive experience when working with co-workers and Customers.

ProsThe Company’s culture developed an environment that’s always positive. Management always provided an open door policy for interdepartmental communications for process and product improvement.

ConsThere is no issue with the way the company was operated as there are always issues and constraints when working with changing goals, deadlines and industry competitiveness that’s the normal work environment everywhere.

Don't work here if you value your sanity. You have been warned.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) San Jose, CA

ProsSome really bright people that I am honored to know also work here.

ConsNearly totally incompetent people are treated not much differently from really good people. Incompetent people are often kept on for month after month and treated with kid gloves. At the same time some of the most competent people are slammed hard and grossly unfairly. Management has turned over almost completely. Gross mismanagement of all project phases is the norm from the top. Only some line managers and key employees do a good job to barely keep the place afloat.

Advice to Senior ManagementThose who need the advice will certainly not listen to it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
