    Pros

None, sorry cant think of any.

    Cons

Unethical, unprofessional, you will do great if you drink with the management and put your ethics on the back burner. If they make a mistake they just sweep it under the rug. Consultants have next to zero training, it is a free for all. You make a mistakes, dont worry the clients have plenty of money to fix consulting errors.

    Advice to Management

    Give your head a shake.

    Pros

Potential for environmental work experience in several disciplines. Very flexible work schedules. Approachable upper management. Excellent field staff - very knowledgeable and dependable. Fair compensation for professional development. Young company with prospects for upward mobility. Dedicated to responsible company growth.

    Cons

The company is growing quickly, and as such is still formalizing many processes. Until these processes are formalized one can feel a little adrift. There is also a greater need to integrate the divisions within the company to achieve the synergies that are possible.

    Advice to Management

Set upper limits on workloads so as not to have people feeling swamped. In the absence of this, be proactive in apprising employees of what new work is coming or being pursued so that people have time to prepare for same. Solicit more input from Project Managers and Field Technicians on their comfort levels with respect to training requirements and what they would like the company to be.

    Pros

Decent hourly wage for junior position. Will give you plenty of time to do other things in your life besides work. No one cares if you show up to work or not.

    Cons

Hours must be 90% billable to a client or you do not get paid. Many projects take more time that allowable and the employee must then work for free to complete projects before another project will be given to the employee. Management is clearly not motivated to find new clients or projects. Next to no training is provided and when it is you often have to persistently harass upper management to get compensation for the hour spent in training. Communication between management and staff does not exist. Undesirable work atmosphere: water stains on walls, mildew on the ceiling and no windows in any of the staff offices. NO BENEFITS other than bottom of the line health care. Zero leadership Fake it until you make it policy

    Advice to Management

Communication communication communication! Train you staff and pay them for the time they take out of their day to work hard in finishing projects. Thank you staff when you see them go above and beyond. Develop a training program that will allow new staff to understand what required of them. Show some leadership.
