Pros
Pros to working for Ridgid. Flexable hours, great co-workers, management at regional level is great.Sales reward trips are first class.
Cons
The first class sales rewards that are great wham $8k tax liabiliity. Marketing department is very dismissive to sales team and do not meet deadlines EVER! upper management have there circle of favorites. The ultimate Good old boys club.

Pros
Great brand and company history with solid product to sell. The product is a must to have in the market place so it pure account management more than selling which is good and bad.
Cons
Ridge can be slow to react at times as the company is very methodical in the way they approach opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
I think the company is moving in the right direction and is on solid footing for someone looking to work with a stable company. You probably won't shoot through the ranks quickly, but this is a good company with strong roots.
