    Pros

Independent working environment No college degree needed Networking with clients and suppliers Training and use of PeopleFluent VMS Flexibility

    Cons

Very few opportunities for career growth - especially if you aren't located in Irvine, CA area Upper management totally disengaged Corporate - PRO Unlimited - treats this division like it doesn't even matter PRO Training, WAND VMS, and support completely absent Below market pay for most roles Only people that get promoted are "inner circle" and those that quit and accept the counteroffer Not meeting growth or financial goals

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people PRO should take an interest in the leadership and training Create opportunities for advancement New leadership needed

I worked at RightSourcing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved having the opportunity to gain VMS experience and the technology was pretty easy to work with but that's about it.

    Cons

-No opportunities for growth/They don't promote from within -More than once I had payroll issues (missing paychecks, etc.) -The team they have in their corporate office is a complete joke. -Lack of training -No support from management

    Advice to Management

Area Managers should be a part of all of their clients that they get paid to 'manage'. The site I worked at was one of the smaller clients for my Area Manager and we rarely saw her or had support from the her & the rest of management team.

    Pros

Experience in health care. Training is done very well. Very welcoming to entry level type workers looking to get their foot in the door.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Solid company but needs to provide better career advancement opportunities & better compensation packages to make sure they keep their top workers.
