    WORST COMPANY EVER!

I have been working at Rikvin full-time

    Pros

There are no pros to working in this company. It is a very good example of where management is only interested in the bottom line and will do anything, including slave driving.

    Cons

The office culture is the worst I have encountered. No cubicles, everyone sits in a small desk barely arm-length facing a white washed wall. More of a sweat shop. Everyone is monitored by CCTV. Colleagues cannot talk to each other unless it's about work. To make you join the company, they will say very nice things. But the fact is, they are all hypocrites.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice to them because they are not going to follow it. WORST COMPANY EVER

I worked at Rikvin full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Rikvin is a great place to work, especially if you are looking for growth within the company. However, if you are not wiling to take on new projects & challenges then it is a hard place to survive. I have worked in rikvin for many years and overall my experience has been good. however as they became big, there were just way too much work for one to handle.

    Cons

The real con of working in a company like rikvin is that they are too particular about their process and serving their customer. They always make sure that their client gets the best service, and the client is always right. The job can get very stressful at times. Sometimes the clients aren't right, but you have to take it with a smile on the face. And it was hard for me to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the growth is Rikvin in the last few years has been too much and not that many new employees has been added to the team. I think the management should consider hiring more employees and also train them.

I worked at Rikvin full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Rikvin gives every employee an opportunity to shine in their individual role. Sometimes its not nice to get micro managed however rikvin does gives all its employees the additional support and care they need to grow within the company

    Cons

With good comes the bad. Rikvin provides a high stress environment for work. There are always deadlines to meet, performance evaluation, checklists and so on.

They are way too meticulous about their customers, so sometimes the affect comes on to the staff. We had to to make sure everything is done within a set period of time within their standard. And rikvin maintains a high standard. Sometimes I felt its unnecessary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people. Rikvin has become way too big.

I worked at Rikvin as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Learned a lot about corporate law, incorporation, and immigration.
Learned how to make the most of the resources available form the government.

    Cons

    Very detail oriented work.
Always have to keep up to date as government often changes policies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not much to suggest other than may be to offer training for employees who might want to change their role within the company. Rather than just a vertical opportunity some employees might enjoy a horizontal change.
