    - Great salary benefits, private pension scheme and bonus (especially when expatriated abroad)
    - Excellent work ethics, integrity and sense of responsibilities of colleagues, friendly atmosphere
    - Strong corporate culture focused on personal safety, good work/life balance
    - Flat hierarchy, based on meritocracy and seniority, loyalty highly rewarded
    - Multiple opportunities for travel, relocation in exotic places, with excellent remuneration package...depending on role. many perks specific to the mining industry

    - Too much bureaucracy sometimes
