    Outstanding Team, Very Entrepreneurial Environment

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe people you work with and the amount of exposure you get to clients. If you have a good idea and are willing to execute on it, management will let you run with it. High performers are rewarded for their contribution, and performance metrics are pretty transparent.

ConsLike at all consulting companies, the client comes first - so sometimes that means long hours, and extensive travel.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to maintain the strong culture, even as the company grows.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Not a welcoming work environment

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe company can be accommodating in tele-work and working remotely. So long as things get done, it often does not matter if you're on-site.

ConsIncompetent management. The company does not know how to handle its growth, its clients, or its employees. Impractical decisions are often made by those managers with limited client involvement.

I do not believe this company will be able to grow with its emphasis on contract employees. There is little room for advancement, and little "skin in the game" for employees to go above and beyond their contract terms.

Few opportunities for your job skills to be transferable. Furthermore, RiskSpan is not a well-known company, so exit opportunities are scarce.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop trying to take on new clients and projects when you can't afford to invest in new employees. People are spread thin enough already.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
