    ProsNice property and good location. My personal experience was that the company had good intentions but couldn't follow through with them.

    ConsLong hours and holidays are hard to get off. The management was ok but the company as a whole did not reach out to the community to get more business

    Pros- Provides Employees with free lunch- 365 Days a year
    - Tons of Employee discounts, deals and of course name recognition when you say you work for the Ritz.
    -Decent pay
    -Always room for growth and other opportunities

    Cons- Overworked, sometimes having to work doubles back to back
    - Managers are rude
    -Under-staffed, if they just knew how to hire the right people and not just get any tom off the street maybe they wouldn't have such a large turnover rate.

    ProsMany different opportunites, company cares about their employees, breaks were given at appropriate times. Staff meals prepared by banquet kitchen served to all employees. Staff were friendly and helpful especially to new employees. Environment was kept clean and easy to work in.

    ConsWork-life balance. Required to work overtime quite often. Staff did not seem that motivated to work at times. Although the benefits were great, starting pay was lower than most.
