I have been working at Riverside County Office of Education as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Fiscally solvent, structured pay and policies, clear chain of command...

    Cons

Individuals get lost in the enormity of organization. Employee contributions are routinely dismissed. Organization is too large to foster employee loyalty. An organization this size evolves a culture of its own.
