    Pros

RRI was an outstanding company to work for prior to the forced "resignation", exile and subsequent death of former President and CEO Dr. Marvin King.

    Cons

The people who took over are ruthless and unethical.

    Advice to Management

Value and show respect to people. Exiling a man dying of cancer who was there for 40+ years and President for 20 (who turned the company around), 6 months prior to his planned retirement in order to save a few bucks (that should have been passed on to his family) was shameful. Employees that he worked closely with and lead for years were told to have no contact with him and he died in disgrace instead of leaving behind his legacy for no real reason other than greed of power hungry people.
