    Pros

units are very team oriented and coworkers are usually supportive of each other. OT is always available.

    Cons

too many days are purposely short staffed. one excuse after another for why more staff can't be called in...budget blah blah blah

    Advice to Management

please, work on a unit to see the strength of the unit and the sad inability for all staff to get a lunch break or coffee break during their 14 hour day. then please do something to prevent the burnout felt.

    Pros

Interesting work and a comfortable building

    Cons

The owner has a urge to micro-manage all the time. Everyrhing is on a timeline and in a rish. The management makes one scared to make errors. You are continually rebuked.

    Advice to Management

You have very good people working for you. Just lay off and let them do their job and stop the scare tactics.
