Details
Pros
Mid level to lower level employees share a comradery
Dress code very casual
There is always a test product in the kitchen to eat.
Cons
Absolutely NO room for growth whatsoever
Senior management is stuck in the 20th century
Franchisee/Corporate relationship is absolutely horrible
No control over franchisees
Although they preach an open door policy, the senior management is very secretive and 2-face
Most employees do not stay more than 3 years
Advice to Senior Management
I'd be very rich if I knew how to fix it.
