    Pros

Bosch has one of the best opportunities for students in terms of trainings and assisting.

I worked at Robert Bosch India full-time

    Pros

    1. Good work life balance 2. free food 3. gym, indoor games and other facilities free 4. frequent onsite opportunities

    Cons

    1. no professional and technical growth 2. salary very low and increment also very lower than industry standards. many people who joined as a fresher there are stuck up there becuase after working 2-3 years there will be nothing to put in your resume and no technical knowledge, so many people stay there for years together. And if any lateral joinee is there he will not stay there after a year.

Current Employee - Associate Project Manager in Bangalore (India)

    Pros

Most of software projects use latest technologies, Good hands on ans self - learning experience.

    Cons

Since it's relatively newer venture into software, not many seniors to guide or mentor. Bangalore Bosch has Kannada as official language for team meetings, which is not purposeful yet due to large percentage of Kannada speaking folks this is the comfort language(Not taken well by outsiders). Not much onsite in Java/UI projects.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Robert Bosch India full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good working environment, Low pressure, better interaction between team members, food benefits. Younger team members are given higher responsibilities faster. Safe company for married woman. Different possible career paths.

    Cons

Some times the seniors are not ready to share information with juniors. Infor sharing bad. Salary very less. Biased reviews from managers.

    Advice to Management

I think the yearly review system has improved now with more transparency as transparency for who worked and who did not is always a big question mark. Please pay the employees better salaries and give ratings according to their effort. It is possible everything cannot be made perfect but a honest try would be a solid first step in that direction.

    Pros

Interesting and challenging tasks Mostly friendly atmosphere between colleagues Fast changing environment, therefore a lot of projects to work on

    Cons

No flexible working hours (transport by company cab) no clear standard processes for interns (joining, leave regulations) Protracted joining formalities Work on saturdays

    Advice to Management

Improve standard procedures for interns, communicate clearly, define responsibilities, actively involve current and former interns into the process.
