    Pros

Free Food - breakfast/lunch/snacks Work life balance - depends on project On-site opportunity - depends on project Interact directly with German customers Hike is not that bad- min 10%

    Cons

Worst managers - I don't know how these incapable guys become managers Micro management. Bond of double your on-site period. Very Less salary - no standardization. Every one in the team wants to go on-site - so heavy politics and eager to pull your leg down. This is not an IT organization - its an Embedding , Micro Controllers, Automotive support based Organization. When it comes to IT - it is like a street software with some 300 people. - no scope

    Advice to Management

Organization aspiration also includes associate aspiration. Learn to understand that and provide employee friendly benefits, in salary, hike.

    Pros

Work Culture is awesome. Nice down to earth colleagues, short term onsite opportunities. Work Life Balance, Extra curricular activities. Overall a fun to be an employee here.

    Cons

Very less learning opportunities. Most of the work is just configuration changes on legacy programs. Very less Development. HRs here are like Govt employees, less approachable. takes a long time to get things done. Salary is also less. If u stay for more than 2 years, u will end up with lack of knowledge, skills, employabilty, and have to settle with the petty salary they have been giving.

    Advice to Management

Please work on Employees individual growth, and establish a competitive environment to decrease the attrition rate.

    Pros

    1. Great scope to learn about automotives. 2. Since it an entire world of automotives exposure is good. 3. Organized processes and approchable admin management.

    Cons

    1. In case you fall into a trap of project managers politics or region based cultural biasing you might face a tough time. 2. Since it s a big organization exposure will be less if you are sitting and waiting for knowldege to come to you. You jave to take initiatives by yourself to learn. 3. Pays less

    Advice to Management

Gud work is being done. Except for enough pay wise incentives. Kindly hire freshers with a gud pay.
