    Pros

Recognized world leader in almost every field they choose to participate. Their commitment to excellence and research is widely respected.

    Cons

Sometimes is seems as thought they become so blinded by their ambition and drive for money that they forget about the people who are actually doing the work in the plants.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget those who can support you as your career continues to grow. Treat everyone with the same dignity and respect that you would expect.

    Pros

Great team working atmosphere Given the ability to head projects as an intern Was given the full time buyer work like opportunity while there which was very helpful and gave me great work experience

    Cons

I do not have any cons about my working experience while being an intern at Bosch It was an all around great experience to work there

    Advice to Management

Incorporate the supply chain side of the company during the company wide town hall meeting. There was only an emphasis on sales and engineering.

I worked at Robert Bosch LLC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great training and company growth.

    Cons

Work employees too much. More concerned about selling than their employees. Can't advance through experience always expect more schooling. Will hire a student who just graduated over someone who has experience and knows the lines.

    Advice to Management

Learn to allow employees to balance their lives. Management is never there on the weekends yet you expect your employees to sacrifice their free time.

    Pros

The fact that the company is divided into numerous divisions, there are a number of ways in which you are able to build on your career.

    Cons

Corporate hierarchy takes over every day, and it only makes the fact that people get promoted for sweet talking much more apparent. Also, the company has a pretty sexiest culture.

    Advice to Management

Actually hire and promote competent people, not just the ones that are nice to you.

    Cons

Very bureaucratic as most key decisions come from the German Corporate Leadership.A lot of different career opportunities

    Advice to Management

Accommodation for interns would be helpful. Regularly refreshed supplies of food in the kitchen would be good. Maybe some cubicles in the open intern area would increase work concentration.
