They've got nice staffing agents, they operate (relatively) quick, and they know how to get you in (and out) in record speed. Quickest operators I've ever worked with.
Cons
They don't communicate effectively with their clients, they have a tendency to make things up as they go along, and from my own personal experience, they really don't give a rip whether or not you're working, as long as you're on their books. This is coming from someone who had told them, point-blank, "If you can't help me get work within the next two weeks, I'm out on the streets." Their only response was, "Well, I'm sorry to hear that, sir, but we'll see what we can do." Two weeks of calling daily to check up on MULTIPLE staff managers at the surrounding area, and no dice.
Advice to Senior Management
My advice to you is this: Treat your employees as you'd like to be treated; cut the bologna, and be honest with people. That way, you'll actually get more respect as PEOPLE, not just a corporate conglomerate of cold, heartless suits. (Corporations get enough of a reputation like that anyhow, don't stoke the fire!)

Handles the sales and administrative side for contractors and temporary employees - as well as helping those who are between full time jobs...
Cons
Inefficient internal processes waste paper, time and money... For example, paper timesheets don't need to be included every week with the check stub - for that matter, check stubs should be provided online (no postage, paper, etc) and not mailed at all. Given their role in helping others work smarter, they should do the same and provide an example as well as resources.
Advice to Senior Management
Look to steamline internal processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve morale. And make sure those employees who work to match resources and clients are honest and work with integrity on both sides.

Too much turnover. Doesn't give enough time to new employees to ramp up.

Take the time to properly train new employees to avoid frustration and turnover

It allows you a bird's eye view of potential employers, much diversity. You can interact with employers, employees.
Cons
Salaries fluctuate, depending on assignment. Challenge to budget. No individual recruiter anymore. A team approach is fine, but performance inconsistent.
Advice to Senior Management
Match me better with skill sets. Consider either more team members or smaller groups for teach to manage.

- Holidays and bonuses were slightly better than most doc review jobs

- Got fired at a moments notice when a job ended and they would actively hide information from reviewers so they wouldn't know when a project would be over
Advice to Senior Management
I think we all know that document review is a lousy job. All we can ask is that the reviewers are treated fairly. Keep in mind that most of these people don't have steady incomes, and if the project is going to end in a couple days and they are going to be out of work, it would be great to let them know so they could start planning for the future.
