Pros
The company tends to have a lot of contact with major companies.
Cons
Recruiters are too "busy" to help people and shuffle you off and heaven forbid a client gives you a job offer, you can expect no help on anything from RHI/RHT. Infact they will tell you they don't negotiate (they already got their money they don't care anymore.)
Advice to Senior Management
Pay attention to your workers, we are the reason you're in those nice offices. Without us, you'd be doing real work and making an honest days pay!
Pros
flexibility, easy to place at new work locations
Cons
assignments, sometimes remote locations, compensations

Pros
Training software is available to learn new skills or improve existing skills.
Cons
I was offered $27 per hour. Another agency contacted me offering $45 per hour doing the same opening at the same company. Robert Half is notorious for high mark ups. That will result in either you getting underpaid or being priced out of the opportunity when other candidates are offered to the client at a lower cost. A word to the wise would be to use a different recruiting company.
Advice to Senior Management
Implement controls at prevent contractors from being ripped off
Pros
It was a job, which paid money, at a time when jobs were hard to find. Also there was a really good deli about 2 miles away. Some of the people were kinda cool.
Cons
Most of the department was made up of temps dumped there by local RHI divisions. I was stranded there by an uncaring branch employee. Never being anything but a temp means no benefits, no PTO, no chance for advancement, and no motivation. Mandatory meetings as though we were full time employees, for which they refused to reimburse travel expenses. Overtime strongly pressured, but overtime pay strictly refused. Lousy pay, and a location inconvenient to absolutely everything. No restaurants for lunch, no transit options whatsoever, not even decent cell phone service. Also, to echo what so many other people have said here, there is a baffling number of layers of management. Decisions that need to be made immediately take days or weeks, and of course, it's us slobs at the bottom that get blamed when it doesn't happen on time.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop trying to cut as many costs as possible and start treating your employees like human beings.
Pros
Judging by the amount of job postings on Career Builder this would be a Company (RHT) that can find you work in the IT field.
Cons
Jobs don't really exist.
Recruiter never even read my resume before asking me into the office for an interview for a specific position I had applied for, although the speed of the response from RHT on emailing my resume to them was unbelievable - 20 minutes.
After the many forms they had me complete (inc. W2) before meeting with the recruiter, only to tell me i was not a suitable fit for the position.
Ask if i would be willing to drive 70+ miles for a $10 an hour gig.... and i should call him direct 2-3 times a week to see if he had any work for me.
Pros
Ability to grow contacts in the area
Cons
RHI did not have loyalty with their clients. The interview suggested differently.
Advice to Senior Management
Tweak your sales goals based on the loyalty percentage of the clients you give to each individual. If they have mostly prospects then it will be harder for them to make a sale right away. If they have a so-called previous client but it was 7 years ago I would consider this another prospect because there still really is no relationship.
Pros
It will look good on your resume.
Cons
Very unorganized and people do not do much in the company.
Advice to Senior Management
be more attentive over the structure of the company and not just the sales aspect of it.
It is important for everyone to work as a team but the company lacks that. since everyone works on commission it is a very competitive environment.
Pros
Company offers reasonable benefits package.
Cons
Senior management in the operations is loosing focus.
Pros
1) RHI has really good training programs for both new and experienced hires getting into the industry 2) They have a great vacation package, 3) If you stick it out and get on a good team you can really make some good money.
Cons
1) 10+ hours/day required on a regular basis (minimum 1 week/month). 2) The Sr. Management is extremely far removed from the ground floor and has no idea how things are on a daily basis. 3) If you get hired on to a lower performing team it can take awhile before you start making decent money.
Advice to Senior Management
Get real anonymous feedback from the staff.
Pros
benefit package was competitive to other companies
Cons
i specifically stated during interview process that i was an accountant not a salesperson; i was told that was the staffing managers in accountemps would sell sps associates; ended up leaving as branch manager insisted that i sell my staff to clients
Advice to Senior Management
when there is a high rate of turnover in an office it's would be wise to take notice; specifically when a majority of them went to the same employer
