    Pros

Interim Controller Experience was excellent. Work environment friendly. Staff was very knowledgeable. Robert Half kept in contact with me and also consulting company.

    Cons

Job assignments are sporadic at best. It appears other recruiter don't want to share your information as they might share commissions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corp Website needs to navigate between opportunities easier. Recruiter need to share clients without penalties. More opportunities for all.

Current Employee - Executive Administrative Assistant in New York, NY

    Pros

They have many office locations and plenty of talent scouts

    Cons

When you sign up with a scout on a temporary assignment and you wish for full-time employment, they cannot help you with that, as it's a conflict of interest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow scouts to refer employees to full-time people.

    Pros

They found me a job quickly.

    Cons

It takes 6 months before getting paid for holidays and there are no sick days or paid time off. No work, no pay! How long can anyone go before burning out.

Former Employee - Staffing Manager in New York, NY

    Pros

This company will give you the opportunity and tools to grow your own book of business and create solid contacts across multiple platforms. Looks great on resumes.

    Cons

This is a large factory that success is in small amounts, if you have no plans on being management potential it is not a good fit. Low pay, long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shorten the work day, mandatory 8-6 is a long day.

Former Employee - Staffing Manager in New York, NY

    Pros

Pros is that after this company, any position/organization is a breeze. The positive I took away from this experience was being able to get an inside look into different industries to see where I would want to be.

    Cons

I worked at the Midtown NYC office. People would just magically disappear and you would think, where did they go? Quit, got fired, who knows, that kind of unstable and volatile environment that leaves you anxious and stressed. If you are fine with day in day out grind from 8-tbd, wearing your suits and making 500 calls a day, then try it out for yourself. Quota rolls over so if you don't hit your numbers that month, it adds to next month so it's like paying off that high interest rate loan-you will never prevail!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I can't imagine management will revamp what they see as working for them which is making money. However, it's known that talent is going to boutique firms and they are taking your clients as well.

Current Employee - Financial Consultant in New York, NY

    Pros

As an entry level worker, you can gain access to accounting and finance experience here working for different clients in different industries.

    Cons

As the middle person, they try to pay you as little as they could; It needs to have a better system to compensate the "revenue" producer/ worker to maximize motivation.
