I worked at Rock & Republic

    Pros

young, hard-working crowd who takes pride in their work and the label. triplicative work necessary because of poor inter-departmental communication.

    Cons

absolutely no job security. they fire the most competent and experienced employees with loyalty to the inner clique. ten hour days likely not long enough to keep up with the workload.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

find cheaper ways of operating. clearly define duties by position. create working systems and procedures and keep to them for consistency.
