    Pros

    Decent pay
    Rockstar swag and drinks
    Create your own hours
    Good tasting drinks

    Cons

Everything! The supervisors and management of the company are nothing but liars and manipulative who run the company through fear and pawn all their responsibilities on the sales reps. Very very very unorganized and usually have no idea goals and priorities were even in place. There is no training at all! They throw you to the wolves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start over from the ground up. Take pride in teaching your team the trade instead of being ok with just replacing them.

Competitive spirit may sometimes be misconstrued as fear tactics.

    Pros

Benefits- Entry level pay + perks (company car, gas card, cell phone, expenses)
    Management develops and teaches employees
Great name to have on the resume
"swing by the seat of your pants" - This is a very dynamic company where things move fast.

    Cons

At moments, can be very disorganized (other side of "swing by the seat of your pants"
Rockstar's culture promotes a great stepping stone to learn and build a solid consumer goods career on. I have not seen many opportunities to take advantage of moving up in the business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the aggressive approach- it attracts the right type of people

I worked at Rockstar full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good starting pay; a good company to get your feet wet selling and learn from great people.

    Cons

Rockstar is competitive, as all beverage companies are, but to a fault. The sales leadership tries to hard to meet its own goals at the expense of its often times underpaid and under rewarded sales force. At times, conference calls become abusive and overly derogatory. No benefits and very hard to get raises.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees with respect and they will work harder for you.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
