    Pros

It's money. Only do it of you have to

    Cons

Will not last long. Management has a plan for your exit the first day. Lots of favortism and if you don't fit with a click you as good as laid off.

    Advice to Management

Quit hiring contract workers so you have some people to lay off when times get tough without layong off the full-time workers.

    Pros

Great products and technology. Politically correct and with old great values.

    Cons

Management focused in them selves. there's no real team work. No employee/persona relations.
No benefits according the size of the company. Health plans is expensive than others companies, even smaller companies.

    Advice to Management

This use to be a great company, the old style from Milwaukee was left behind by newer management. Specially local and brand managers, use their position just to jump higher in the organization not matter what is around them: people.

    Pros

Flexible hours, vacation schedules, covered parking. There is a certain level of maturity about handling projects involving firmware that is not to be taken for granted. Project planning and execution process is well thought out. Labs are well furnished with plenty of adequate equipment.

    Cons

Engineering disciplines are very segregated if you are not the discipline lead. Management can sometimes overreach when development issues arise. Purchasing supplies can be a slow and bureaucratic process.
