    Pros

Good environment. Upbeat. You definitely get hyped and excited about the day.

    Cons

False advertisement. Will tell you what you want to hear to make you sign up. Once they get you hooked you realize you spend more than you make. If you don't make their quota's they belittle you.

    Pros

They do a good job improving basic sales skills which is useful in the long term. They will also hire just about anybody that can pass a background check.

    Cons

Be ready to work 11 hour days for commission-only pay. Two nights a week they have team/office nights that result in 13-14 hour work days. While not technically "mandatory" it is strongly discouraged to miss them.

"Business Trips" entail driving 4-8 hours with your own gas money to share a hotel room and SHARE A BED with coworkers. The person with the top sales for the day gets to sleep in their own bed, most everyone else has to share a bed.

The turnover rate is incredibly high. They will hire almost anyone, knowing that 80-90% of new hires will not make it through their first two weeks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you plan a business trip, show your employees enough respect to give each person their own bed. Sharing rooms is one thing, sharing beds is another.

I worked at Rocky Mountain Marketing full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Starting entry level right out of school, I didn't have much sales experience so I applied to Rocky Mountain Marketing. I was taught not only outside sales but also leadership skills, public speaking and other transferable skills such as time management and training/developing others. They have such a positive, team environment and the managers really invest time into their people so I never felt like just a number. I would recommend an entry level account manager position to anyone who's never worked in the field before, I was able to grow not only professionally but personally and what I learned at Rocky Mountain Marketing has made me successful at my current position.

    Cons

The job is challenging and the hours are a little longer than I would of liked, but the hard work paid off and there was never a day that I didn't want to go to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work, keep investing in your people!
