Details
Pros
Get lots of experience in areas that companies that have more money wouldn't give. i liked the people I worked with. Willing to pay overtime to get projects done.
Cons
Stress of management conflicts. Rumors of going out of business.
Advice to Senior Management
get into another industry, video production doesn't mesh with drill bit sharpening.
