Rodio tractor sales is a good place to work if you can not pass a physical, background checks or drug screening tests, they do not believe in paying for them. That in turn leaves the judgement of hiring people based on appearance, and personality which can make for an unsafe place to work. Hourly wage is poor but they do have direct pay and pay on a weekly bases.

Cons

Your pay scale wage is based on what he feels he can afford to pay you and not what your actual worth of experience or knowledge in your field. Very stressful place to work and there is no TEAM WORK. Work weeks are 42.6 hours to 46.0 hours includes working rotating Saturdays. Never a pat on the back for a job well-done to help lift your spirits to go on another day.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management needs to get into the year 2008 with the payscale and realize that people work to pay bills and try to become better people. Life is also about enjoying your family not dedicating yourself to only your work and work employees.
