    The place from hell

I have been working at Roger Williams Medical Center

    Pros

Benefits are great, most coworkers are very nice, the hours are okay, the place is conveniently located so the commute is not awful

    Cons

Managers and team leaders are rude, and disrespectful. I have never felt so humiliated they belittle people right in the middle of the floor in front of everyone, the training is awful, they pretend you to be an expert within hours of them telling you 3 things about their systems and then they complain because you don't meet your quota. They have some outside company run ridiculous estimates of how many accounts you have to work a day. Raises are a joke unless you are in the inner circle of favorites.

People won't even smile or say good morning to you and treat you like crap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please learn to be considerate & fair, not everyone has worked with the company for 40 years, also get your own people to give you the real numbers not some idiot in the other side of the country, or try yourself to sit down and communicate instead of telling bad jokes and playing golf with upper management, also ger some team leads that know the meaning of respect to other people.

I have been working at Roger Williams Medical Center

    Pros

Work with a good team of people, most who seem to really care about their positions and work extremely hard despite being under staffed. Also most of my co-workers are vert knowledgable.

    Cons

Communication is terrible. Most of the time the three components that make up the IT Dept don't know what the other is working on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat all workers with the same level of respect. While senior management seems to do this the a lot doctors treat support staff terribly
