    Pros

    Wonderful, smart people to work with. The longevity of the employees speaks volumes. They expect a lot of you, and will give a lot in return. Fair compensation, flexible management, open work styles.

    Cons

    Offices are not cohesive in how they are managed. Training is short and then "on your own". You must be a self starter and true professional in almost all job titles.

    Advice to Management

    More in house training and coaching/reviews of ee's on how to become better and evolve in career.

    I worked at Rogers Benefit Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great office environment, people are friendly and easy to get along with. Hours are good, and the work load is almost never overpowering. Compensation is good, even for part time employees. Company offers a great quarterly bonus program that is available immediately.

    Cons

    Promotions come kind of slow as those who are already locked into a position tend to stay so there are no NEW jobs available. Also

    Make promotions and growth with company more a priority.

    Pros

    Pay is decent and quarterly bonuses are something to look forward to. Comfortable office environment

    Cons

    For a company selling health insurance, offering your own employees HSA plans kind of sucks. Vacation days are pretty skimpy until you work there a few years.

    Advice to Management

    Bonuses earned by back office staff should be tied to something tangible. In other words, a number which allows employees to link bonus pay to quarterly performance. As it stands, a truly measurable system does not exist and this is grossly unfair to your staff. it seems as if bonuses are simply decided by who management likes best that quarter. Quite frankly, it seems a rather tacky system designed to breed brown-noser's who end up talking behind management's back anyways.

    Pay Friendly coworkers nice environment easy work..redundant

    Management is rude no growth or training from within

    Advice to Management

    Have some empathy towards your employees. Show respect just as you demand it from everyone else. Intimidation works for some but it is not a good look.
