Pros
Respectful towards its employees. Great benefits.
Cons
Poor chances of advancement in other departments.
Pros
Great environment, well located, huge opportunities to learn about various aspects of the industry
Cons
corporation - less personalized. Not as much direct contact with senior management.
Pros
They pay can be good. Many discounts with many companies. They match the money you put in stocks/rrsp. Fun people to work with. Regular trainings. 50% discount of cellphone plans. benefits package.
Cons
There is not always enough support on the floor. No union, and imbalances can result. Higher management apparently doesnt seem to see the need of letting the employees know in an adequate fashion what their future plans are in some respects.
Advice to Senior Management
Find out your employees perceptions more often, discover the barriers to learning and delivering fgood service and tackle them. Show them you care, by compromising and addressing issues.
Pros
Honestly, not that much other than 50% off your monthly cellular service (if you have other rogers products, the 50% is applicable)
Cons
Slow vertical mobility, way to based on customer service which hinders efficiency.
wages are lower than industry standard
Advice to Senior Management
increase wage min. to industry standard. do not expect to get motivation from staff if they is continuous commission cut backs
Pros
there's no reason to work for rogers
Cons
they work you like a slave and when you get good stats all you get is a pat on the back or a thumbs up and some supervisor think they own the company so they feel as thought they can treat you anyway
Advice to Senior Management
do a background check on certain team manager
