Former Employee - Finance/Accounting in Toronto, ON (Canada)

I worked at Rogers Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good focus on work/life balance. Pay is competitive, with great perks/benefits. Great group of co-workers. Wide breadth of products (wireless, cable TV & media), and many opportunities to move around.

    Cons

A lot of red tape, so sometimes it's hard to get things done quickly. Corporate culture differs, depending on the VP to which you report. Sometimes management's rationale for making changes isn't filtered down to the people in the trenches, so that it feels like the changes are just for the sake of making changes.
