    Good learning experience, sure path to burn out

    Senior Consultant (Former Employee) Bucharest (Romania)

    ProsSmart people, young people, focus on training and career development, good exposure to senior/ middle client mgmt, salary increases visibly at more senior levels, starts being more international/ decentralized from the German HQ, values independence (not very likely to be acquired by one of the big auditors), valued by top MBAs across the world

    ConsWorking hours, sometimes stuck with the same client/ in an industry because you have already become an expert after 1-2 projects

    Advice to Senior ManagementFocus more on rotations - geographical, functional, etc. to keep the ambitious consultants happy

    Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Amazing opportunity and diversity

    Junior Consultant (Current Employee) Shanghai, Shanghai (China)

    ProsTruly diversified work environment and supportive team;
    China area CEO, Mr. Wuqi shows strong leadership and personal charisma;
    Good reputation in Greater China Area;

    ConsLack of international rotation opportunity;
    Lack of systematic training program;
    May not stand for a great chance as its peers(MBB, Booz, ATK) in application for prestigious MBA programs in the States.

    Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on the personal differentiation rather than rush on increasing the global footprints.
