I have been working at Roland Berger full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great top consulting firm with a friendly environment and a lot of amazing people to work with to tackle some challenging business problems

    Cons

In every top consulting firms consultants work hard and long hours, but when you see the result, it is worth it!

    Advice to Management

My advice to Management js that when recruiting young talents, don't focus to much on grades and working experience, but look at the personality of the person who is in front of you. The most important thing of a future consultant is that he can find a great solution for the client and thus communication skills and persuasion are very important.

    Pros

As an intern I was fully integrated as in project team and had the chance to participate in client meetings. High learning curve.

    Cons

Working hours have been very long and on-site work was sometimes 5 days a week which means leaving to the client on Monday at 5am and coming back on Friday at 10pm.

    Advice to Management

Continue to integrate interns as full team members with according responsibility but do not forget about some life besides work.

    Pros

Excellent atmoshere and nice people, I really injoy working here especially in the tyme of the new CEO and brand restructuring.

    Cons

Buisness is shrinking a bit so not a lot of privilegies are left. Our office rarely sends employees to training programs (from my point of view) and computers are really old
