Great benefits and life balance, little opportunity for growth in NY office.

I have been working at Rolex full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It's hard to find a true 9-5 work day in NYC, especially with such great benefits and a non-competitive office culture. Staff tend to stay for decades, which speaks highly of the culture and support.

    Cons

However, with long-term staff, staleness and degraded skill sets is a problem. Opportunities for training, development and advancement are slim to non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Salary and benefits are not the only forms of compensation; investment in an individual's continued development is just as important and crucial to the company as the individual.
