I worked at Romulus Athletic Center
Pros – Your coworkers are nice and easy to get along with, management is easy to get along with. The work itself isnt hard to do and training is mandatory every month.
Cons – The pay, although better than Mcdonalds, isnt enough for the work that is performed.
Advice to Senior Management – allocate funds for raises

I have been working at Romulus Athletic Center
Pros – Fellow lifeguards are easy going and enjoyable to work with. Unlimited use of facilities is the only perk of working their.
Cons – Head lifeguards are a joke. All but one of them have no idea what they are doing. They are disrespectful to employees, hypocritical, lazy, and do nothing but complain the entire time they are supposed to be working. Upper management are clueless as to what goes on among the workers and makes rules and engagement d regulations that make absolutely no sense to workers or patrons
Advice to Senior Management – Take a deeper look into how your workers actually feel about how they are being treated. Give workers that have been their for years since the facility opened an actual raise. Get rid or have a firm talking to the head guards that do not deserve to be in the position they are in and hire guards that actually know what they are doing, and will make the facility a better place to work and visit.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
