ProsThe people with whom you work are a pleasure to be around. The team work ethic is not a foreign concept but it can be tedious when you need to get your job done.

ConsNo opportunities to get a fair review when the team leader can not be bothered to evaluate your work with any sense of how well you are performing. "You were trained" is the basic reply to any problem with no overview of the training process.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat the staff like family, people with whom you want to build a relationship for the long term. Get off the soap box, dig in and do not be afraid to make mistakes. This is where you learn how to improve, and make life long relationships.

ProsSmall company, production employees are great. Willing to listen (sometimes) to new ideas. Company has been around for a LONG time and enjoys a good reputation.....in Billings, Montana.

ConsYikes. Where do I begin? The business unit VP fired 30 people in his first year and eventually was fired himself for basically running the division into the ground.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees instead of management exclusively. For whatever reason, management's ear is held by only a few employees and the rest are considered ungrateful or "insubordinate" when they raise complaints or issues.
