    Pros

It's a fun place to work. Lot of fresh out of college students, giving a young vibe to the company. Most people I worked with were warm and friendly. It was my first job after college. Sometimes work is relaxed, sometimes hectic, but overall it was good.

    Cons

Salary tend to be lower than industry standards.

    Advice to Management

Better to not keep changing management.

    Pros

Work/life balance - flexibility to work from home when needed. Hours weren't bad for my team although that wasn't the case for everyone at the agency. Good location

    Cons

They live and die by your billable hours and company layoffs are commonplace here. Nobody on my team felt like they had any job security. We felt expendable and disposable because that's how people are treated here - worse than any other agency I've ever worked at. Absolutely no company culture, feels more like a stuffy corporate accounting office than an agency.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees more.

    Pros

I worked with very smart people. We drove substantial innovation and resultant revenue growth and had fun in the process.

    Cons

Once Publicis acquired the company, a lot of talent left and there were layoffs and other problems.

    Pros

Decent location. Free soda and coffee.

    Cons

This place doesn't even put the fun in disfunction. There are too many people in management and not enough people doing the work. There is absolutely no teamwork and morale is the pits. Management has absolutely no clue nor do they care to have a clue about how to make employees happy. As an employee you're worked into the ground and live in constant fear of losing your job. Unless you kiss the rings of the partners who are also dwindling.

    Advice to Management

Remember why you have a job and start showing some appreciation.

    Pros

There might be a glimpse of potential. but I can't take it anymore

    Cons

BAD Management Several key people are still there that don't know their left hand from their right hand.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to get along. Stop the bickering. Stop the overnight delivery of something that should take 5 days. I would never hire this agency to do any work for me. I was terrified when I saw code that was written by some of the "architects".

    Pros

Culture: It is a fun company with relax culture Hours: Very Flexible hours, Working from home is very common. No need to take hours off for doctor visit. Just work more for the rest of the week.

    Cons

Training: Since it is a client based company, it is very difficult to find a time to work on training, either your manager does not let you or if you are in a new department (like QA), there is no updated and useful training to take. Work/Life blance: There are a LOT of weekends work like other consulting companies. Environment: While the company is fun, since they do not sponsor visa the diversity is very low. So at times it will be difficult to have friendly relationship with coworkers. Manager/employee relationship: This is really based on your department. some of the managers will not get long with you based on personal reasons and some of them are great. Personal growth: It is one of those companies that you need to fight to be able to get what you want. Otherwise no growth for you.

    Advice to Management

advise to Hiring managers: Education is very important when it comes to managing other people. they need to have a more cultured understating of different people with different backgrounds. Please consider recruiting managers/directors.. with college degree not highschool degree. They might great at wrapping up the project in terms of technical knowledge but most of them lack in managing people.
