I have been working at Round Table Pizza part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You get to learn how easy it is to make a pizza.

    Cons

There is no training. You watch an irrelevant out dated video that pertains to nothing you will encounter while you are working. Shifts are 2-3 hours for everyone, and you are sent home early on a daily basis. There is no break room, there is no respect to ones break for example you could be on your thirty and your manager would ask you for assistance or sit with you bothering you while they themselves are being paid. There are no raises. Management plays favorites at all locations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your employees are your greatest asset, yet you only ever look at your managers who are lazy and abusive. The people under the manager who work hard get all the blame while the manager takes credit for anything that ever goes right.

I worked at Round Table Pizza full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Quarterly bonuses for upper management. Meet a lot of nice people. Choosing your own work schedule. Freedom to do your job how you choose. Discounts and some free food.

    Cons

Over worked. Understaffed. Extremely stressful. You have to deal with all complaints and people are ridiculous and mean always trying to get free food. I was working over 50 hours a week trying to make labor costs, running with small underpaid crews.

I worked at Round Table Pizza full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

free pizza, easy lunch/dinner rush, fun team oriented atmosphere.

    Cons

shady management, laid off due to manager feeling intimated and getting more hours for her baby's daddy, she even fired the day manager who trained her. after being taken off the schedule they had the nerve to try and steal 6 hours from my pay check, after a call to the owner he wrote me a check. also they like to hire teenagers and exploit them by having them clock off for 10 min breaks which they enforced. i didn't ever clock off on a 10 after they asked me to because its common worker rights knowledge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

there is a reason why a lot of company's don't allow couples in management positions because it causes blatant conflict of interests. looking back in retrospect i should have reported him to labor and industries right off the bat not only because of trying to steal hard earned minimum wage but because he takes advantage of teenagers who don't know proper federal worker laws.
