    Pros

I loved the everything. The people, the routes, the hours. Making sure the cars was alright to drive before we left. The actual driving in a fleet.

    Cons

The only thing I didn't like was we didn't make enough money for all the work and time we spent at work.

    Advice to Management

When some if the cars are done with the mile run. Instead of crushing them give them away to employees. Show them how apperiacted you are to have them.

    Pros

A great place to enhance your experience. Multiple locations to work if your up to the challenge with lots of OT. No day is the same when you work here. The insurance in a nice thing also....

    Cons

As with most companies there are lazy workers, which makes it hard on the workers who are there to get task completed. Alot of hard work that certain technicians put in gets overlooked most of the time, and that doesnt help either.

    Advice to Management

A recognition of certain hard working techs would be great, saying hey good job isnt enough in most situations. $$

    Pros

You will learn different things very quickly. Direct managers will work with you in regards to family affairs, vacations, etc.

    Cons

Company rules/standards change without your knowledge but you are expected to know.

Lack of planning / emergencies from others easily get shifted to you.

    Advice to Management

Review processes between front office and shop areas. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere.

    Pros

Small company mentality. They have the mentality that anything can be done. Red tape is minimal.

    Cons

Because "anything can be done", project scope seems to be under planned. Objectives change, decisions change quickly. Assignments are focused on the fire of the day.

    Advice to Management

More up front planning and organization. Set clear objectives and goals. Don't be afraid to say no or ask for more time in project planning.

    Pros

Roush works on such a wide variety of projects that it keeps it interesting as you're always working on something new.

    Cons

Even though they recently changed their vacation policy it is still not up to par with other companies in the automotive industry.

    Advice to Management

One of the most obvious issues is that each division of the company operate with solely their best interest in mind. Management should make it a priority to unify the company and for the divisions to work together.

    Pros

Lots of overtime. Some jobs are gravy and need nothing more to be babysat. Good uniform service so you don't need to tear up your own clothes. After 90 days you can get a tool truck account and build up your tool inventory.

    Cons

Periods of no overtime. Lack of management participation. Management has favorites. Good employees often get mistreated by higher ups just because they can.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of apathetic employees within each level of the company.those who sleep while on the job need to be put on notice. Enforce current rules.

    Pros

    I can't think of ONE

    Cons

Training is a joke. Management assigns work without any regard for fairness, safety, or common sense.

    Advice to Management

Develop managers with just a little leadership ability. Decide on policies and follow them. Hold people accountable. The ace is a free for all.

    Pros

A good place to work with opportunities.

    Cons

Some long hours and tedious work, but was not bad at all.

    Pros

Underpaid workers are friendly. Management only cares about their own pockets and treat others below them unfairly and won't give raises.

    Cons

Management has no experience. You are not paid what you are worth.
