    Growth is isolated, progress is slow, change is wishful

    Advice to Management

    Consider the direct contributions and actions of leaders to assess their performance versus the overall success of the organization. Just because the business is doing well doesn't mean that the leaders are doing well. Leverage ratio is a popular term in meetings here, yet the leverage ratio of performance among leaders and their resources is not considered... Don't be afraid to re-allocate resources that are in positions they are not suited for.

    Pros

    People pretend to be nice on your face and company let you go early a day before long weekend.

    Cons

    CEO thinks he is the King. C level staff think they are Gods. Directors think they are invincible. Managers only like to talk to their favorite employees. For rest it is Hunger Games.

    many conflicting priorities (also a good thing - many opportunities). bland office space.

    Talking with the end users and assisting them.

    Cons

    The managers do not have an open door policy

    Advice to Management

    To stop choosing your friends to move up but go by what a person has to offer. and the handicapped should not be excluded
