Pros – good working relationship with staff, can do mentatlity
Cons – office cleaning nill due to cut backs, no training, future let alone careeer
Advice to Senior Management – replace management who have stayed only because they can't get a job elsewhere
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
