I worked at Roy Rogers Restaurants part-time for less than a year
Pros – Well, Roy Rogers doesn't have bad food, they use real ingredients, they give employees a 50% discount while working and 15% if not on shift.
Cons – The main thing I didn't like is that nobody acted like they wanted to be there, and they took it out on the other employees that they didn't like. Also, I feel as though management picked favorites among the employees. Last, there was a lot of talking behind people's backs, and it was obvious.
Advice to Senior Management – I would say to the management team to keep an eye on everything, don't ignore what you hear your employees are saying in the background. Also, treat all your employees equally and don't become involved in talking about your employees behind their backs. Practice good ethics.
