“Working in Royal London is similar to working other companies - there are plenty of opportunities for learning.”

Pros

It's a very stable company. There are lots of opportunities for learning. The people you work with are positive. The company benefits are much better than other companies.

Cons

Although opportunities for learning is good, the opportunities for progression are not so great. There are too few opportunities for moving up. Also, the progression to the next level is so slow.

Freedomn to expand current knowledge and sklls. Work time provided to learn about the industry and research current patterns and trends.

Cons

Not enough time off. Arrogant management.

Advice to Senior Management

Educate yourselfs on how to be a good leaders, don't assume to know everything about everything, use the knowledge and expertise of staff to the companies advantage.
