    Awesome place to work at

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Batavia, IL

ProsThey have good pay and it's easy to learn how to work on the machines.

ConsThe employees need to have more comunication with eachother regarding to their job.

Advice to Senior ManagementPermanent workers have benefits and get bonuses at the end of the year and have dental care but what you all don't see is that the temporary workers try to do their best to satisfy the president by doing more production than the permanent workers and do not even get a "good job" or "thanks for your dedication" only come to the temporary employees to complain if their production slowed down and it does not seem to be fair.

    Four years at Rubicon

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Batavia, IL

ProsAt least it's a job and there is medical benefit

ConsThere is no future for this company. They had great products. But CEO and top management are arrogant and they only use the people they like. They got rid of whole QC and purchasing department recently. Half of the engineers were gone. Sapphire has become commodity and they cannot compete with other companies.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsHealth benefit at least a job

ConsThe management only use their own group of people. If you don't belong to the group, you can never get promoted. They don't listen to any good advices and think they know everything.
