    Pros

No accountability; do whatever you want as long as you're friends with one of the managers. Come and go as you please.

    Cons

Don't expect any level of professionalism or personal growth. Do your job and don't question anything. Don't expect anyone else to get anything done. They'll just pass the buck.

    Advice to Management

Get it together! Try working with one another instead of shirking responsibility. There are a lot of people there who actually care and some even have a decent head on their shoulders. Just because you don't get it doesn't mean your subordinate is wrong.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Rubin & Rothman full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some good managers are supportive and make it ok to work there

    Cons

There are so many cons I think I can write a book about this place lets just say if the department of labor was to go there or the cops were to do a drug raid this place would close down

    Advice to Management

Stop letting those two idiots run this place down stand up for yourselves and your collectors and boost the morale obviously you see that your employees are not happy there. If this place doesn't change soon then they are going to lose alot of good collectors. Stop thinking your collectors won't quit half of them are looking for jobs
